The McCormick Center’s three Leadership Academies offer transformational professional learning for center-based and home-based program administrators. For: Newly hired Center-based Administrators (less than three years of administrator experience)

This community of practice will cover topics including the power of self-awareness and reflection, understanding your leadership style, transitioning from peer to supervisor, and productivity and project management.
