Earn 2.0 hours of professional development

Stress affects every aspect of our adult life including our attention, thoughts, actions, emotions and overall health. The same is true for children. During this training, we will learn about how stress affects adults and children by focusing on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and Executive Functioning. We will also learn about toxic stress, vicarious trauma and self-care techniques to help combat the stress in your life. Participants will leave this training with practical tools to help them deal with children’s stress, as well as your own.
