In this webinar, focused on implicit bias, identity, and -isms in early childhood environments, participants will dive into their own identity and develop a plan for combating hidden curriculum in their environments. Participants will specifically focus on understanding their own identity and how it impacts work in the early childhood environment. Participants will specifically focus on their own background and their personal lens of the world and how it impacts the early childhood environment.
