The Illinois AEYC Statewide Accreditation Mentoring Project is partnering with the Child Care Resource and Referral at John A Logan College to bring you an Inspiring Book Study.
Imagine what your early childhood program would look like if it were a true professional learning community– a place where teachers saw each new day as an opportunity to expand their competence and confidence and support one another toward a shared vision of program excellence.
Written in an engaging and lively style, Inspiring Peak Performance presents five strategies-
- developmental supervision
- teacher induction
- individual lesson plans
- peer learning teams
- 360 degree feedback… that together will help make your vision of program excellence come alive.
Each participant will be given a book! You can attend in person or join via Zoom from the comfort of your own home, office or setting of your choice. The first meeting will be April 20, 2020 from 6:30-8:30pm (at the CCRR @ John a Logan College or via Zoom if you are not local). There will be a total of 5 meetings from April to July. The group will select the remaining meeting dates together.
