Enhance your leadership skills through Gateways approved, online modules available from the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership. The McCormick Center's online modules focus on the essential knowledge and skills you need to lead high-quality early childhood programs. Courses can be accessed at any time, from anywhere internet access is available, giving you the flexibility in your busy schedule to pursue professional learning at a convenient time for you. Online modules include:

Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). Move forward with your efforts, support leadership through collaborative learning, and coach for success. Each of the three modules in this series is brief and packed with practical, actionable insights.
- Overviews of
program evaluation tools. Learn how formal assessment of your leadership and management practices can help you identify program strengths and target areas for improvement. Modules are available on the Program Administration Scale (PAS) and the Business Administration Scale for Family Child Care (BAS).
- A national director credential.
Aim4Excellence is a series of nine modules that focus on building the leadership skills you need to be effective in your role. At the completion of this program, you will join over 2,000 leaders who have earned their National Director Credential.
